Why can't anyone see or hear me in Collaborate?

Typically, it's because your browser, by default, is blocking access to your camera and microphone.


When joining a meeting, if you are not prompted by your browser to allow access to your microphone, look here:


At the top left of the browser, to the left side of the address bar, the icons here allow you to give access and permissions, please check that there is nothing being blocked there.

Once you've given permission to access your microphone and camera, you will be then able to share audio and video.


As always, we recommend using Firefox or Google Chrome when working in Blackboard.
