The Mass Communication Manager (MCM) is a system that allows instructors to send emails and texts to selected or multiple groups of students at one time.

Or you can go directly to the MCM to watch some training videos and give it a try. 


If you want to put it someplace easy to find, you can add it to the Course Menu in a class, but keep it hidden from students. 


In the Course Menu, hover over the plus sign at the top. 


Click on Web Link and enter the URL and a title. 



You can give it any title you like, but use the URL https://webapps.tulsacc.edu/ords/cm/r/mcm.. Do NOT click Available to Users. There is no reason for students to see this link in your course; it's just for you. 



Now it will appear in your Course Menu and you can click there to send a text or email to your students.
