QClassroom Instructor Guide 

This guide shows navigation for QClassroom, the platform for TCC Course Feedback Surveys and results.

This platform includes features like real‐time response rates and a visual dashboard of the survey

results. This offers instructors a better tool and ease of access. If you have questions or need assistance,

Blackboard Original


The Course Feedback Survey is in the Original course template, and should be in your Course Menu from the first time you open the course. When you are ready for students to view it, use the chevron on the right side of the link to choose Show Link. 


 


Blackboard Ultra


  1.  Log in to the Blackboard site
  2. On the Course Content page, click the + to create content
  3. Select Content Market
  4. Under Institution Tools, click the + for Course Feedback.
  5. When you are ready, make the link Visible to Students.

How to Access QClassroom

 

 

You will receive an email with your username (TCC Email) and a temporary password the first time you

are loaded into the system.


  1. Click the link in the email to receive your credentials.
  2. Click the box to create your new password.
  3. You will be redirected to the sign‐on page for Qualtrics or use the following url:

    https://tulsacccevals.qualtrics.com/login

  4. Enter your username and newly created password. Click Sign In.

  5. The first time you sign in, you will see a Term of Service screen. Click “Accept”


  6. You will land on the Feedback Dashboard page.


Use your username and password, and log in.


How to Access Course Feedback Survey Results


To see the results of your feedback surveys, you'll need to log in to the  Instructor Dashboard.


  1. Log in to QClassroom.
  2. Click the Feedback Dashboard.
