ISSUE:  "Students are submitting links and I cannot open them. I have tried downloading the document so I can do the right click copy link thing. It isn't working for me."

It is deternined that when Blackboard converts a document (at least, a PDF) to show it in the window while you're grading, it strips out the links. In order to get around that, you can download the original submission. 


CURRENTLY: If you download the student's submission from the three dots at the top, it will download their original submission, and the link works. 
If you download it from the download icon, it downloads the converted version from Blackboard, which has stripped out the link.
