Panopto - Adding Links to the Course Folder

Adding a link in the Course Menu - Original only

If you're using Blackboard Original view, you can add a link in your Course Menu to the Panopto course folder. 

1. In your Course Menu, click on the plus sign with a circle around it to add a new Course Menu link. From the options, choose Tool Link.
2. In the Name field, enter the name you want for your Course Menu link (e.g., Panopto Videos). 
3. Click on the chevron in the Type field to expand the menu. 
4. Choose Panopto Course Folder

When you click on the link you will access your course folder in Panopto. Note if you are searching for the folder,  look in Everything - Blackboard Ultra.  All courses Original and Ultra are available in the Ultra folder,

Adding a link to the Content Folder  - Ultra only

You can add links to your Panopto course folder anywhere in acourse where you have access to the Content Market

• The Content page,
• Within Discussion/Journal directions or posts
• Within Assignment Directions
• Within Test Directions
• Within a document

2. In the Content Market, scroll down to find the Panopto Course Folder  tool. Click on it. 

When you click on the link you will access your course folder in Panopto.
