We’re excited to share that Blackboard has released a new feature that allows you to bulk edit point values for test questions—making it faster and easier to manage your assessments.
With this new enhancement, you can:
- Select all questions at once, with the option to deselect individual questions as needed
- Select specific questions for targeted point value changes
- Filter by question type (e.g., all True/False questions) to apply consistent point values
- Combine filters, selecting both question type and individual questions for more customized editing
How to Bulk Edit Question Points:
- Open an existing test.
- In the upper right corner, click the three dots icon and select “Bulk edit points.”
- Use “Select All” in the left corner to choose all questions.
- Use the filter in the right corner to select by question type and enter the desired point value.
- Once you’ve made your selections and entered the new point value, click “Update” in the bottom right corner.
