How to import an existing Word document into a test in Blackboard

You can use the Oklahoma Christian University Test Generator to create a text file that can be imported into Blackboard.

1. Open your word processor window (Word, Google Docs). Go to https://ed.oc.edu/blackboardquizgenerator/
2. Copy and paste the questions from your word processor into the test generator.
3. Format the questions the questions based on the instructions on the page.
4. Click download test questions it should be a txt file, then save that to your computer.
5. In Blackboard, click Assessments and click test.
6. Create a new test.
7. Give the test a name and description.
8. Click Upload Questions.
9. Go to the folder or where you saved the questions from the test generator, upload the text file, and then click submit.
