How to access / download your Grade History

Viewing Grade History

    

Grade History allows instructors to view a list of all grading activities that have occurred within the Grade Center, including the activity of students who have withdrawn from the course. This guide will demonstrate how to view the Grade History in your course site.

           

      Accessing the Grade Center

To access the Grade Center for a Blackboard course, log into your Blackboard course and go to the Control Panel:

  1. Click on the Grade Center heading.
  2. The Grade Center section will expand.  Select Full Grade Center from the available options.

           

      Accessing Grade History      



You will now see the Full Grade Center. To create reports, click on the Reports and choose Create Report from the menu.

         

     Viewing Grade History

Clearing the Grade History is permanent **Not Recommended**5.Download: Click the download button to download the Grade History to a spreadsheet.

        

You will now see a screen labeled Grade History that lists all grading activity in the Grade Center:

  1. Use the dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner to select the time period to view, and then click the Go button to update the display.  The available options are 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, or All.
  2. Click the Refresh button to update the information displayed.
  3. Download: Click the Download button to download the Grade History to a spreadsheet.

        

     

 

After clicking the Download button, you will now see a screen labeled Download Grade History with the following options:

  1. Delimiter Type: (Comma or Tab) Select the desired delimiter type for exporting the data.  Tab is recommended.
  2. Include Comments: Select Yes to include comments or select No to exclude comments.
  3. When finished, click the Submit button to download the Grade History.

 

               Saving Grade History to Your Computer

Click Download on the next screen to save the Grade History to your computer.
