Ultra - Automatic zeros aren't working

If you're using Ultra, you might discover that automatic zeros aren't working. Here's how to fix that:

1. Go to the Gradebook.
   
2. Click on the Settings icon.
   
3. Deselect the option Assign automatic zeros for past due work and select the option to Clear existing automatic zeros.
   
4. Click Confirm.
5. Select the option to Assign automatic zeros for past due work. In the Enable Automatic Zeros? pop up, click the Assign Zeros button.
   
6. Automatic Zeros should now be working.
