Go to https://support.pearson.com/getsupport/s/. 

Scroll all the way down to the bottom and click on Find Your Rep. 

That will take you to this page, where you should choose "College instructors and resellers" from the dropdown menu. 

Then you'll get to a page where you can enter a ZIP code and choose the campus you're on: 


And then it will even ask you which department you're in and what discipline, and direct you to the right rep.
