Some instructors may find that after performing a course copy, unwanted assignment columns exist in the gradebook.
Attempts to find and delete the assignment in the course fail. This is because they were previously linked, and a process to remove them must be followed.
When McGraw-Hill columns are in the gradebook and cannot be deleted, the instructor can-
- Go the Control Panel
- Click McGraw-Hill Higher Education
- Under Support Tools click "Unlink Grade Center Columns for Potential Deletion"
- This will bring up a screen that allows you to unlink columns, so that they can then be deleted from the Blackboard gradebook.
