At times, students may contact Blackboard Support to request these types of changes—especially if they have not yet received a response from their instructor. Please note that Online Learning does not have permission to make these modifications.
We recommend reviewing your course syllabus for details about your instructor’s expected response time. If you feel your instructor is not responding within that timeframe, the College provides a process for submitting concerns.
Submitting a concern is the most effective way to notify School Deans and Department Chairs of your situation.
You can do this through the College’s Report It system
- Select “Concern with an Employee”
- and then “Classroom Concern.”
