Title II
As of April 24, 2026, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) will require new federal regulations regarding digital accessibility for all state and local government entities that receive federal funding (such as Title IV), following WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
Digital accessibility ensures equal access for all students, faculty, staff, and community members. By meeting these standards, TCC demonstrates its commitment to Everyone Can Learn and compliance with federal law.
