- Login to your TCC Zoom Pro account and create your profile.

In Blackboard
- In Blackboard at the top of the course menu click the + (Add Menu Item) icon
- Select Tool Link
- In the ADD Tool Link Box Select Zoom Meetings
- Name = Zoom Meetings
- Type = Zoom Meetings
- Select Available to Users
- Click Submit
- Click the link to Schedule your Meetings. Note, if you do not have a TCC Zoom account, you will not be able to use this feature. You will get a note that indicates “User Does Not Exist.” You can send a note to telework@tulsacc.edu to request an account.
- In Blackboard, click Schedule a New Meeting (if you already have recurring meetings, you might delete these and reschedule using this new Bb Zoom connector.
- Fill out the meeting settings.
- Topic: the title of your meeting
- When: date and time of the meeting
- Duration: the total amount of time the meeting will run for (you can enter a meeting early)
- Recurring meeting: meetings that will be used more than once in the course (e.g., weekly discussion meetings)
- Video Host/Participant: select whether you'd like your/your participants' video to be automatically turned on or off
- Set Your Meeting Options
You will see your course meeting links when you click the Zoom link on your course menu.
