Getting Started with Packback

1. Review the Instructor Resources on the Packback website
2. Add the link to your course site
   • Blackboard Original
     • Click the + on the course menu >> Tool
     • Name the Tool link (Online Discussion (Packback)
     • Type = Packback Questions
       
   • Blackboard Ultra
     • Click + >> then Packback >> and the + at the bottom corner of the Packback card.
3. Follow the on-screen directions to set up the learning community.
4. Once you are familiar, schedule a meeting with the TCC Client Success Specialist:
