Click on the plus icon at the top of the Course Menu:

Click on Web Link:

Provide a name in the name field and paste the following link in the URL field, then click Submit:

https://tulsacc.starfishsolutions.com/starfish-ops/session/casLogin.html

Ultra

In Ultra, you'll use the same link, but this time you'll add it as a Link in the Course Content area or in a Document or Assignment. 

Whichever way you want to add it, you'll start by clicking the plus sign to add content, then choose Create. 

In the Create Item pane, choose which one to add. 

To add a link, enter the URL and the name of the link.

To add it in a Document or Assignment, first create the Document or Assignment, then use the editor to add a link.
