The Gradebook tab in Ultra has a dedicated section which allow students to monitor their grade status in the course.
The number associated to the right of the tab indicates a submission that has been grade and posted which is ready for review, like so:

Entering the Gradebook tab shows the student current grade which is located at the top right of the page.
All grade statuses are presented one by one as horizontal rows, along with the status of each individual grade.
Entering the Gradebook tab might look something like this:

Notice on the left-hand side there are magenta-colored dots. These are indicators that a posted grade is ready for viewing. You can view the results including feedback and annotations or instructor notes pertaining to the assignment.
