Filtering Your Gradebook

Modified on Tue, 29 Sep at 10:32 AM

Blackboard’s Gradebook filters gives you a way to customize your view, giving you focus on the items or the student that you want to see.

Filtering can also help serve as an essential early-intervention resource by enabling you to quickly monitor performance trends, spot missing submissions, and identify students who may benefit from additional support.

Follow these simple steps to filter your Gradebook:

  1. Go into your Gradebook
  2. On the Left hand side, next to "search gradebook," click on the three lines on the right side.
  3. Filter based on:
    1. Student
    2. Groups
    3. Category
    4. Types
    5. Gradable Items
