How to update LockDown Browser 

NOTE: You can also update LockDown Browser by uninstalling your current version, and downloading and running the full installation program again.

If you are experiencing issues with Respondus LockDown Browser, it is important that you update the software. You can do so by following these steps:

For Mac Users   

1. Start Respondus LockDown Browser 
2. Select “About” from the toolbar 
3. Then click “Check for Update.” 
4. The version will be displayed and you will be able to download a newer version if one is available.

For Windows Users  

1. For Windows users, start Respondus LockDown Browser
2. Select the “i” button from the toolbar
3. Then click “Check for Newer Version”. 
4. The version will be displayed and you will be able to download a newer version if one is available.
