It's a good idea to download and save your survey results each semester, so that you have them when it's time to compile your portfolio. But maybe when that time comes around, you can't find your survey results from previous semesters, and the courses have been archived. Hey, it happens. :-)
In that event, you can request your survey results from Institutional Research by submitting a Service Request.
