List View or Tree View offer two different views of a discussion forum. To view the postings in a discussion forum, click on the name of the forum.
Switching Between List View and Tree View
The List View and Tree View links are found in the upper-right corner of the forum view.
List View
The List View presents the threads in the form of a table. The threads are defaulted to list with the oldest thread on top. From the list view the user can only access the first post in a thread.
Tree View
The Tree View shows the posts in the form of a tree. The user can expand or collapse the thread by clicking on the plus or minus symbol that is present on any thread that contains an initial post and replies. From tree view in an expanded form the user can access initial threads and replies,
