I'm sorry for the inconvenience with Respondus Lockdown Browser. These steps should help you go forward.
The first thing you'll want to do is go ahead and completely uninstall the program from your machine. Restart your machine when done.
Next, please go to this page and select the proper software for your operating system- Windows, or Mac.

After installation is complete, restart your machine.
Finally- make sure to disable any messaging, firewall or antivirus programs before using Respondus Lockdown Browser. These are known to interfere with Respondus.
After following these steps, Respondus should work fine for you, unless there is another unknown issue with your machine. As we are not authorized to work on student's personal machines, TCC offers Testing Centers at each campus, that are staffed by folks that work with Respondus every day, and can assist you in taking your exam, if your machine refuses to cooperate with Respondus. Here are those locations: https://www.tulsacc.edu/experience/campuses ---and if you need further information on testing centers, please call 918-595-7534.
